Build a manageable customer commerce workflow without submitting KYC documents

Create a merchant workspace with an activation code and receive customer funds directly. The platform manages products, orders, payment evidence, fulfillment, and customer entry points.

Document-free registration does not remove legal responsibilities. Illegal, infringing, and prohibited products cannot be listed.

Activation-code onboarding

The registration form does not collect identity documents, a phone number, or email. A valid platform-issued activation code and merchant-created credentials are required.

Independent storefront

Configure store details, categories, product images, display order, and multilingual customer pages, then share the store or individual products.

Anonymous public identity

Use a random store alias and hide the public name, avatar, banner, and support account. Do not place real identity details in product or SEO copy.

Merchant-direct payments

Customers pay using the merchant details shown on the order. The merchant verifies actual receipt and confirms manually. There is no platform balance, withdrawal, or automatic settlement.

Products and fulfillment

Support digital content, access codes, memberships, physical goods, service bookings, and manual fulfillment. Automatic fulfillment runs only after merchant payment confirmation.

Customer bot

Connect a merchant-owned customer Bot with storefront, order, membership, and support entries. System buttons and replies support Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.

Application access logs are not persisted; required business records remain

Production discards application access logs and standard output from the API, Admin, storefront, and Bot. Orders, payment evidence, fulfillment, refunds, disputes, and security audits follow their business retention rules. Anonymous customers can delete their recovery identity and unlink the account identity from historical orders.
